Abstract: Regenerative design is rapidly replacing sustainable design. Where sustainability is simply an attempt to reduce the destruction, regenerative design seeks to use the built environment as a tool to repair the nature. An integral part of regenerative design is the circular economy, in which no materials are wasted.
